territory manager

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a Geographic Territory for GTS. 

That oversight includes the following:    

Business Development:

  • Responsible for continually increasing the number of events in the Territory while maintaining GTS quality standards. 

  • Responsible for forming and maintaining strong relationships with Golf Courses. 

  • Responsible for forming and maintaining strong relationships with Event Planners & Golf Tournaments.

  • Responsible for forming and maintaining strong relationships with Charities and Key Organizations in your community. 

  • Responsible for identifying Golf Courses that are a good fit for our Golf Course License Program.  Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support of Golf Course Licensees. 

  • Fully leverage the GTS CRM and build a database of Golf Courses, Customers, and Golf Outings. 

Recruit, Onboard, and Train Assistant Territory Managers & Event Reps:

  • Recruit & Onboard Assistant Territory Managers and Event Reps to help you build the Territory and staff events. 

  • Become a GTS Certified Trainer.  Anyone operating the cannon must be GTS Certified by a GTS Certified Trainer. 

  • Leverage GTS’ best-in-class Onboarding & Training process to ensure all ATMs and Event Reps are properly trained and able to provide an exceptional level of Service to our Customers and Golf Course Partners. 

  • Safety is our #1 Priority.  Ensure that all ATMs and Reps are fully trained and uphold our commitment to Safety. 

Operations & Equipment:

  • Responsible for Staffing all GTS Events in the Territory. 

  • Responsible for storing and maintaining GTS Equipment.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Golf Industry Experience Required. 

  • Management Experience Required

  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office required

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Proof of Insurance

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
